The screw press offers high efficiency, low energy consumption, fully automatic control and stable operation. It directly and continuously reduces water content from secondary settling tanks, maintaining sludge moisture content between 70-85%. Its compact design reduces capital investment, saves floor space, minimizes odor and phosphorus release, and decreases workload for subsequent deep dewatering processes.

1. Conditioned sludge flows into the filter chamber from the flocculation tank and is pushed toward the discharging end.
2. As the gap between shaft threads increases, water separates from sludge and flows out through moving and fixed ring gaps.
3. Movement of rings cleans gaps between them, preventing machine blockage.
4. Filtered sludge cakes are pushed forward by the shaft and discharged at the end.
