DAF-systeem en opgeloste luchtflotatie voor afvalwaterzuivering
Opgeloste luchtflotatie (DAF) is een waterbehandelingsproces waarbij afvalwater wordt gereinigd door ophangende stoffen zoals olie of vaste stoffen te verwijderen.Het proces omvat het oplossen van lucht in het water onder druk en het loslaten ervan bij atmosferische druk in een drijftank, waardoor microbubbles worden gecreëerd die zich vastklampen aan ophangende deeltjes, waardoor ze op het oppervlak drijven om te worden verwijderd.
DAF-systeemwerkproces
  1. Afvalwater komt via een hefpomp RT1 (stollingsreactietank) en RT2 (floculeringsreactietank) uit de gelijkstellingstank binnen, stollend met PAC en floculerend met PAM om flocs te vormen.
  2. Het afvalwater en het opgeloste water komen in de reactiezone van de DAF-tank terecht, waar microbubbels zich aan vlokken hechten en vaste deeltjes vormen met een dichtheid kleiner dan die van water.
  3. Deze deeltjes drijven naar het oppervlak waar het uitwerpsel naar de slakkenbak wordt geskraapt.
  4. Het schoon water wordt verzameld via de wateropvangpijp, waarbij het meeste wordt afgevoerd en een klein deel wordt gerecirculeerd tot opgelost water.

  • Inhoud van olie, vet en vet (FOG) (ppm of mg/l)
  • PH-niveau (6-9 bij voorkeur; voor corrosieve stoffen moet een pH-aanpassingstank worden overwogen)
  • BdB- en cbd-niveaus (ppm of mg/l)
